The number of pockets is reported for each interaction environment, grouped into five main classes: RNA, RNA/Protein, RNA/Other, RNA/DNA, and RNA/DNA/Protein, reflecting the molecular components contacted by each pocket. A complementary view summarizes the distribution of pockets across RNA families. Key statistics describing the pocket dataset are also provided, alongside the number of pockets for which experimental binding affinity data are available.
